Thank you for shopping with The Beaded Charm. We’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process, costs, and delivery timeframes.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 PM MST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (U.S. Orders)
We ship all orders from our location in Arizona. We offer standard shipping through USPS and other major carriers. Standard shipping typically takes 4–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total and coupons applied. Orders over 40 USD may qualify for free standard shipping (when applicable).
For any order completed using the Custom Size Form and a completed Pay Link will be subject to the same processing and shipping time unless otherwise specified. Shipping price will be 0-2.99$ based on member status (if any), carrier costs, and location of delivery.
For any order completed through the Custom Bracelet & Set Order Form and a completed Pay Link will be subject to the same processing and shipping time unless otherwise specified. Shipping price will be 0-3.99$ based on member status, carrier costs, and delivery location.
Shipping Delays and Service Interruptions
While we strive to deliver your order on time, please note that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, or supply chain disruptions. We are not responsible for delays once your package has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Addresses and Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. The Beaded Charm is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us so we can assist you if possible.
