Refund Policy

At The Beaded Charm, we take pride in the quality of our handmade bracelets and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days (two weeks) of the original purchase date. We are unable to process refund requests submitted after this period.

Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, customers must email us at info@thebeadedcharm.com and provide clear photo evidence of the damaged or broken item. The photo(s) must clearly show the condition of the product and be submitted within the timeframes outlined below.

Full Refunds
A full refund will be issued for goods that are delivered damaged, provided the customer emails us with photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.

Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be issued for goods that break within two weeks of purchase, provided the customer sends photo proof showing the damage. The amount of the partial refund will depend on the extent of the issue and is at the discretion of The Beaded Charm.

Conditions for Refund Approval
Refunds are only granted under the following conditions:

  • The item was damaged upon delivery (with photo evidence submitted within 48 hours of receipt), or

  • The item broke within two weeks of purchase (with photo evidence submitted by email)

  • The request is made within 14 days of purchase

  • The product was not altered, worn beyond initial trial, or damaged due to misuse or accidents after delivery

Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from improper use or care

  • Lost or stolen items after delivery is confirmed

  • Orders past the 14-day refund request period

Refunds for Deposits (Custom Bracelet or Set, Bulk, and Custom Size)

The deposit will automatically be refunded, and the order will be cancelled, if the Paylink is not fully paid within 5 business days. Otherwise, all other refund rules/terms apply.

How Refunds Are Processed
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
